Setting up an account is easy and is made up of an email address and password. If you already have a Gmail account, it comes with a built-in Google Account.

If you prefer, or don’t feel confident about sending files electronically, you can post
us a CD/USB stick containing your scans, or even the ‘hard copy’ scans and x-rays themselves, to:

Let us know by email when you have sent them, and if possible the courier and a tracking number. We will confirm with you when we receive them. Please note that you must be responsible for the costs of postage, and that we cannot normally return CDs, memory sticks or scans.
I’d been seen at my local hospital and had a scan. They said ‘It’s just wear and tear, live with it’. Great!! So life has to stop, does it? But the tests you arranged (and quickly I might add) clearly identified the problem, as you were able to show us.
